Re: USPS Postage Guidelines (updated 5/11/09) If you have a scale at home and can weigh you envies the Post Office has an on line postage calculator. You have to enter the to and from zip codes, the type of envie (regular envie, square, oversize, if it is a box etc..) and the amount it weighs. With that information, the website will calculate the cost of postage. It will give you multiply postage rates like first class, priority, over-night delivery and several others i can't remember.
