Rite aid is having major issues with october rebates. I called yesterday because it didn't qualify my recipts for a free voucher yet, so I checked today and the system is telling me I qualify for $3.00 scr which is novembers rebate but I earned the free voucher for purchasing 5 packs of diapers. I can get the 1 pack this week and earn a $3.00 scr. What the heck is going on there, 2 gos and now montly rebates are messing up. I love rite aid. I hope they get all the kinks out. I know in the long run patience will pay off. I just want to be done with it and not keep worrying about it.

They are probably updating software too. They fixed the missing receipts so I trust they will fix the missing vouchers too. I am in the same boat as you.

Posts had to be deleted because there should not be talk about using expired rebate checks. The best thing to do is call CS and ask if they can re-issue a check. Thanks.

Technically it's no good. The bank should reject the check also.
Time to call for a new check.

I was thinking of it more as an expired ECB or RR - forgot it would be different with a check.

Don't worry! It has happened to me before. Call customer service. They will issue a new check and stop the other one.

Okay- I am relatively new to couponing in general and especially to Rite Aid. The first month I ever did SCR was back in July when they had the J&J Baby products buy x get SCR back. I think they worked out to be about $.40/each. Then more recently they had another deal with the J&J baby stuff was several months ago (September, maybe) and I bought some but wasn't able to get much Desitin (which was part of it, too). Long story short my question is to those of you who have been SCRing long enough to know, do they do a SCR with the J&J baby stuff frequently, or was that just a fluke that they were so close together. Desitin supply is getting lower than I like and I was just curious if I should expect a deal on it soon. Do they tend to go in cycles like sales at grocery stores do? i wish they would have had more last time when all the baby stuff worked out to be free, lol. I'd just CRY having to pay retail after that!

A lot of times the products that are on SCR are newer products and only come around once or twice (like the new Vaseline lotion, etc). However, with certain ones like the J&J or Kimberly Clark, they tend to do those every now and then. I can remember several times they've done both of those but I don't know if there is a cycle that can be counted on like a grocery store.

I did the same thing a couple weeks ago. I contacted customer service, and they couldn't have been nicer! I got my replacement check yesterday (and cashed it today).
