I'd probably call them, because even if it's pending it should show up as a receipt waiting for store data. The other option would be to try and re-enter the receipt number. The worst that can happen is that the system can tell you it's a duplicate receipt. :)

I would call Monday. Most people I heard at SD have receipts missing from Wednesday. You are the first I heard about from Thursday but yes it isn't just your account.

Same here I purchased 5 packs of huggies per offer 800.( 10 total) I entered them under my moms and my mil scr accounts and my moms nothing is showing up I tried to re enter the recipts and system is telling me recipts have already been entered, well duh why is it not showing pending or any thing. My mil's account is saying no info for recipts entered I will not be very happy if I don't get the vouchers I still have my recipts. I did get a really good deal but common I purchased all the required jumbo packs so I should be eligable. The only think I can figure is maybe they seen my cc/bank card payment under 2 different recipts. I didn't think it would matter. Does it matter?

No, that doesn't matter. I sometimes pay for my mom's rebate items with my cc if the store in her town is out of the items and she pays me back when the check comes. It sounds like the system had some sort of a glitch during the week. I'd definitely call them tomorrow.

Can someone help me out with my problem. I submitted a receipt in my account and realized too late that it was for my mom's account. Now, I can't delete the receipt in my account. What should i do? Since I submitted it in my account, my mom can't submit it in her account. Is there anyway to delete the receipt from my account so my mom can submit it in her account? Please help...

You have to call CS. They will fix it for you.

*whew* Glad I'm not the only one. Did that last night entering receipts. At least it was only the EOS lip balm for $1.99. Probably won't worry about it and just return it.

Hmmmm.... checked my account cause I want to request my check (found if I request by the 26th of the month I get my check faster), and I have 3 receipts from 10/22 (Thurs) that say "Data from store received. No qualifying items found." Grrrrrr... hope this is a glitch that will be resolved. Now I won't get my check until late November...


UPDATE: Rite Aid has resloved the issue with the receipts from 10/22. All submitted receipts have posted and I was finally able to request my check (s).

Oregon Rite Aids as of July 1, 2009 will no longer price match prescriptions. (tried to transfer a $4.00 prescription and their price was $65)
