QUESTION Anyone experiencing slow update/credit on SCR completed deals?

So I submit two receipts, same day purchases, same day entered on SCR site online.

The one gets approved within 48 hours, the other is still sitting out there going nowhere, a full 3 days later.


I've sent in an email asking about it but wondered if anyone else had to 'prompt' them to process receipts for qualification for SCR's?

And yes, I certainly did buy the required items in the proper time frame etc, checked that three times now.

It's a pain to have to watch and make sure they credit the SCR's of late.

Yes, I've had several instances where SCRs got "stuck" in my account. I still have one from April sitting there that's still "waiting for store data". I finally determined I already completed the SCR that the receipt was for so I requested the check already. It's frustrating, and it's happened to me multiple times since February.

Thanks PGF - I have one sitting out there for weeks now in addition to another one that's been out there for 5 days now, even though another receipt from the same date/submission was quickly processed through.

~sigh~ And they wonder why they have a hard time holding market share? Customer service is what they're all about only I don't think the memo made it to all the proper desks

yes, i'm still waiting on one that is almost 2 weeks old! i emailed 2 days ago and haven't heard back yet.

call the hotline if you do not see the items credited to your account within 3 days. There is never a wait to get a rep and they are super friendly.

Definitely call the Single Check Rebate hotline. Every time I have had a problem and called them they were super. They can usually fix the problem right away and you can see the results by refreshing your screen. I haven't had any problems lately except when I put in the wrong transaction number. I always double check my entry if I haven't gotten credit after 2 days. Lately all the ones that weren't credited were my fault. I did have some problems some months back but my call resolved them. Emailing Rite Aid doesn't seem to work well. I've sent them some emails lately and haven't gotten any replies yet. If you call and speak to one of their customer service reps, you can usually get your problem resolved quickly.

Thanks all I plan on calling tomorrow and get two of them straightened out, and I have another receipt to enter today - hope that one pops through as it should too.

I did send an email and didn't get anything back. And strangely enough I got an email stating an update had happened, clicked through, and nothing had changed Screwy lately.

Well, got a response from RA after emailing and asking about receipts that are still not verified in the SCR system. Of course it's curious to see the 7-10 day remark given that online it states 2-5 and of course in the receipt entered verification emails sent automatically it also states 2-5 days before it's processed etc.

The rebates on your receipt are verified by matching the data you entered to with the data from our store. By matching the data with the receipt we can credit you for all rebate products you purchased. The rebate products need to show on your account for you to be able to request your check.

When you enter a receipt, the status of the receipt is 'waiting for data from the store,' it means that the receipt information you entered has not yet downloaded any of the data into our system.

If you entered your receipt on the same day that you made the purchase please allow up to 7 to 10 business days from the purchase date for the data to show on your account. Once the receipt information is showing in your account you can request your check if you have finished shopping for rebates items for the month.

My advice would be to re-enter the receipt info and double check everything. Also, if there isn't a SCR item on the receipt, then it just sits there in your account, "being processed" the same thing happens if something is incorrect.

If the receipt has already been entered she won't able to enter the receipt again (unless a number has been typed in error).
