I think Franklin the Fish looks like a great investment. I can't think of anything else I'd rather spend $20 on! I can't believe they have that in the ad. Weren't those "in" like 8 years ago??

I'm envious of those of you who can use multiple VV coupons in one transaction. I wasn't able to do the Fructis deal and would love to do the J&J deal ...still not bad at $7.50 though.

I'm just glad that I found a RA that is pretty coupon friendly, though ...the one right around the corner from us (that I've been shopping at for 12 years, no less) has horrible cashiers now. One in particular is so bad that I've complained twice and won't shop there anymore.

Default Re: RITE AID: 02/21 - 02/27 (last week for FEB SCR's)

I have a few questions regarding possible match-ups:

Kellogg's Cereal: PSA? B1G1 $0.01. I want to say there is a $1.50/2 IP out there to possibly make it a GDA.

Band-Aid Bandages: PSA? B1G1 50% and there are insert Q's for $1/1 and maybe others to possibly make it a GDA.

Got2B is $4.99 and there was a $3/1 VV Q from last month that doesn't expire until 2/28/10 which makese it only $1.99 each.

Pert Plus is $2.50 and there is a TMF rebate in the database, making this a Freebie (MM w/ insert Q).

Almay: PSA? Advertised as B1G1 and there is a $2/1 that came in the paper recently for a cosmetic item (I consider eye makeup remover a cosmetic item, but can I get clarification on this one?). Possibly FREE or atleast GDA.

Thanks for any help that can be offered!

I think the regular price on this is like $4.49 or something. It would be too high for me, but may be a good deal for others.

Keep in mind, these are all Toledo prices, so they may vary. PSA $4.79

Band-Aid Bandages: PSA? B1G1 50% and there are insert Q's for $1/1 and maybe others to possibly make it a GDA. PSA $4.49 unless they carry trial sized (and the coupons don't exclude it. We didn't get those so I'm not sure). I didn't check there.

Got2B is $4.99 and there was a $3/1 VV Q from last month that doesn't expire until 2/28/10 which makese it only $1.99 each. My stores clearanced those products so we don't have them to verify for you.

Not sure if it is included, but the makeup remover is $5.99 at my store. Regular cosmetics started at $6.99 in my area.

Thanks for any help that can be offered!
Hope this helps.

So -- is it OK to use a manufacturuer's coupon together with a Video Value coupon? I have one manager that will stop everything and another that will process everything. I guess using multiple VV coupons is still questionable.

Yes, you should be able to use a VV and an MQ together or a Wellness and an MQ together (if you are in wellness area) but not a VV and wellness together.

Quoted from their coupon policy:

Multiple Coupons
- Rite Aid accepts manufacturer coupons and Rite Aid coupons for the
purchase of a single item.
However, no coupon's redemption amount can ever exceed the price of the item.
- Only one manufacturer coupon is accepted for each product, unless coupled with another manufacturer coupon found in a Rite Aid circular.
- Rite Aid may accept multiple identical coupons for multiple qualifying items as long as there is sufficient stock to satisfy other customers within the store manager's sole discretion.
- Rite Aid reserves the right to limit bulk purchases of items if the purchase will deplete our supply for other customers.

Of course- are you crazy (well, actually, is your local manager crazy?)?! I think this was recently (in the past couple days) discussed in another RA thread. It's not specifically stated in the coupon policy about VV Q's, because the coupon policy is older than the VV program... However, there is a blurp in the policy about how we are allowed to use an in-ad Q (which the barcode starts with RC, just like VV Q's!) w/ MFG Q's. Call or E-mail Corporate- perhaps you can get their justification on it. E-mail would be better- that way you have something to take with you to the store when you get your answer. Good Luck & Happy Shopping!

YMMV on using more then VV coupon at a time, grab something as a filler or use less coupons.
I REALLY would like to do this one- but noticed that the VV Q states 14-15 oz. Can anyone tell what the advertised B1G1 $0.01 size is? Thanks!
