I'm not sure what the 15.00 is, but if I had to take a stab, I would say a manufacturer coupon or MIR. It is not a SCR because there is no yellow under it saying SCR. :shrug7:

Even though WAGS is very close to my house, I'd rather drive 20 minutes across town to RiteAid. WAGS and all their rules and silly fillers and RRs that expire in two weeks - too much hassle.
