I believe some areas are getting a $1.25/1 coupon tomorrow which would bump the overage to $1.25.

Ok so I figured out my plan of attack on the diapers scenarios, I'm sure many of you can figure better deals, but where I live it's a YMMV type of thing, so this is the best I can do(if you've got more feel free to add).

Pampers

Transaction 1:

Sale: 3@8.99=26.97(total goes toward P&G Vica GC SCR)
Use: $5/25 RA IP
Use: 3-$1.50/1 Pampers Q(2/7 P&G insert)
SCR:$2(limit 1)

Math: $26.97-$5/25-$4.50 MFQ -$2 SCR=$15.47

Transaction 2

Sale: 3@8.99=26.97(total goes toward P&G Vica GC SCR)
Use: $5/25 RA IP
Use: 3-$1.50/1 Pampers Q(2/7 P&G insert)

So my total comes to $107.88 for P&G $35 GC

My math for all deals OOP is $67.88-$35(P&G SCR)=$32.88 divided by 12=$2.74 a pack after all is said and done. Phew!!

I know that many of you would do a filler or something to get closer to the $100 mark, but like I said I live in the middle of nowhere, so I have to take any deal I can and make it work, hopefully this is a good stepping off point. I'm also only about diapers right now.

I believe so, one person said they'd only spent $3-something and had qualified for the $35 GC, so I'm guessing so.
