I purchased Prilosec ($24.99), Venus razor (7.99), and (2) Olay Body Washes (7.49 + 3.75). Used the "buy Venus razor and get Olay Body wash free. The clerk only wanted to give me the value of the 50% off Olay which was 3.75. I told her that if that was the case, to remove the 2nd Olay body wash from my order. She called up manager and the manager agreed that the 50% off Olay(3.75) was the amount to be credited. I explained if I didn't get the 2nd one that they would be crediting me for $7.49, but no go-said that is store policy. So I had the girl remove the 2nd Olay body wash from my order and then she gave me $7.49 for my coupon.
So they lost a sale on the 2nd Olay Body wash.
Did anyone else have this problem?

The one olay rang up at 7.49
The second rang up at 3.75

For the free coupon--they wanted to subtract the 7.49 for one coupon and 3.75 for the second coupon? correct?

If so you can NOT use the 2.50/2 + the BOGO coupon.

No, I only had (1) coupon, the Buy Venus Razor, get Olay Body wash free. I purchased (2) Olay Body Washes because they had a sale, Buy one Olay product, get one product 50% off.
For the Buy Venus razor get free Olay Body wash coupon, they wanted to take the value of the Olay Body wash that was $3.75.
