This SCR was through 1/23/2010. Unfortunately the store didn't take the sign down. Oh well, $0.99 nailpolish is not bad.

I know it's not a "cheap" filler, but I was coming up a little over a dollar short, so I used the NYC Nailpolish. It is $1.99, and there is a $1.00 off coupon in ALL YOU (February, I think), plus you get $1.00 SCR for any product $1.99 or more, so it's FREE.
