I had the weirdest experience with that this week. I did 2 transactions on wednesday and entered my receipts on wednesday night. I was surprised to get an email on thursday morning telling me to check for updates to my rebate status, because that would be really quick.

So I went to check, and the receipts weren't listed anymore; they weren't "waiting for data from the register", but nothing cleared my account. I should have gotten vicks, gillette shave gel, nivea GC and over $100 for the PG giftcard, but there was nothing. I gave it a couple more days, but this morning it still hadn't cleared. So I entered the receipts again, and they cleared right away. I've never had that happen before...

I mentioned in the PG thread about them entering my B1G1 cpn by price adjusting the item to $0. Well that caused it to not count toward my totals and now I'm 75c short of the $35 visa.

The promo period is over now so I can't even go buy something cheap to take care of it. WHAT do I do now?!

I would call Rite Aid CS and tell them what happened- they are usually really good about helping you out and I have had them push things through before. Can't hurt to try!!

I'm with you on this one! I did my last deal on Saturday, so it just posted today and I was at $97.14 total, leaving me with a $15 rebate rather than $35! Arhh! :hectic1: Two of my four Olay bodywash/lotions counted as half off online, which I wasn't expecting (I don't know if that's the norm or not, but I should've accounted for it), but my Covergirl makeup counted as full price, even though both were on sale B1G50%. I'm wondering if calling to clarify will help or not....Either way it's super frustrating!! Let us know if you call and they fix yours since it was a cashier error!

That's wierd, I never saw a store do this with a BOGO coupon? Yes, I would try calling. I bought a few cans of pringles that did not count toward the rebate and they rang up at 2.29 instead of the sale price. They are new flavors. Rite Aid CS at SCR adjusted the total for me, because I was just shy of the 35.00 rebate. The pringles would have made the difference. They agreed that some flavors/sizes/types do not always clear, but they did understand and could see that I really did buy enough for the rebate.

No, they do not you might want to doulbe check that. They only count for what they actually ring up.

Anywho, I called and explained everything and they CS pushed it through. She actually tried to tell me at first that they have been informed not to make any adjustments to this promo, I would have to go back to the store and have them rering it. When I explained the promo is over and if I did that it would have today's date, she realized what she said was redundant and fixed it for me.
