It is my understanding that I will get back the difference in the GOS (see transaction 6, leaving $1.06 unused), right? If so, I would put that transaction ahead of the one where I pay out $1.97 to use the credit for lower OOP. When you tally the negative amounts and the OOP amounts, I am only spending $1.42 OOP plus tax to get $197.14 worth of goods- mind you, much of this will be donated to our church pantry, but for nearly free, and for people that can use the rewards that I reap by couponing- why not? Please let me know if anyone sees any potential problems. Thanks!
By the way- would all of this make me eligible also for some SCR's? I think $1 Vicks and $2 Febreze. How do SCR's work? Do they mail a paper check or add it to a gift card or send a gift card to me? This would actually be my very first SCR- I always do gift card rebates and rarely have double dips like this. How neat! Thanks! |

Anyway, as far as SCRs go, they will send you a paper check in the mail after you request it. It will come to your house. You can either spend the check in the store or cash it at your bank. I know there is a $2 Febreze SCR. I'm not sure about the Vicks.

What you COULD do is throw in a Rite Aid gift card for a couple of dollars. :)
Also, the Stayfree that are bogo do not match the VV coupon! :( I discovered that on Sunday. The bogo stayfree are the ones that are packs of 16-24 count. The VV coupon is for 28 count and up.
In yuor last scenario, you can also use 2 $2.50/2 Covergirl q's- each would discount the two you are paying for to get the two free ones. (make sense?)
Once you enter your receipts online, it will cuont up what all you are eligible for, any items with scr's will have those listed in one section, and the P&G card will be listed in another section and the Healty Heart will be in a third section. In this month, the Nivea is part of the SCR, so it will be in that section. You can request the gift cards for P&G and Healthy Heart on their own, but the Nivea gift card and other scr's have to be requested at once. All those items will be totaled and sent to you, when you request them, as a check in your name that you can take to your bank and deposit or cash.
HTH!!

| re: Rite Aid-Rebate #551 P&G I just realized that even though the offer states Iams products are excluded, on one of my receipts, I purchased a small bag of dog food for $7.99 and it is listed on my eligible items list. I wasn't expecting it so I didn't notice it until I logged on and realized I had already reached $100 (unexpectedly, thought I needed $6 more)
So if you need pet food, the Iams did count on my account.

| re: Rite Aid-Rebate #551 P&G So I have $99.22 towards the rebate. Since I already used my vicks $2/1 coupons and I don't have the P&G insert from Sunday 2/7 (my mom bought me 2 papers but I won't see her until Saturday) I decided to just buy a Tide travel size 1 load for $1.29 Monday night. I just checked my status and it didn't go towards the rebate  I knew I should of just got 1 pack of pringles :hectic1:
Has anyone else tried a travel size product? I used the contact form and emailed the but I was writing my email and I accidentally sent it I think I got all the main details in it though.
I'll update if they end up crediting the $1.29 to my account but I just wanted to let everyone know that the travel size might not work  Luckily I still have time to go back and try and find a clearance deodorant or something.

HTH!! | Aaahhh!! PGF- You're not the only one who knows how to crush dreams! Okay ladies, does anyone have the time to help me rebuild my scenarios without the Stayfree and keeping my OOP VERY minimal? I sure would appreciate it. Thank You! |

| Well...you could maybe combine transactions 3 and 4, but take out one nivea body wash. You could then add the nivea to trans 5 (instead of the stayfree) or trans 6 (to eat up the overage from the GOS). If you added it to trans 5, I think it would raise your OOP by about $5 total because you would be losing out on another $5/20. But that seems easier to me than finding $15+ of "free" fillers, because I haven't really seen any this week.
Also, when you get your SCR for the nivea GC, the vicks and the febreze, make sure you don't request it right away, in case you want to buy more things next week or the week after. You'll only get one check for everything you buy this month. |

| re: Rite Aid-Rebate #551 P&G Thomascaldwell, this wouldn't be able to be done ahead of going to the store to have a full scenario mapped out, but cruise your stores for clearance. I found Gillette shaving gel that ended up being free after SCR and coupon and lots of other P&G items in my stores that would be FAC.
