I am trying to come up with scenios with the Loreal deal but I can only use so much hair color :)

Any suggestions with the skin products....does anyone know of other rebates Loreal? I'm thinking some hair products and some skin care but I have a tough time thinking up of all the deals.

thanks!

Can anyone confirm that the FAC glucose monitors are counting towards the diabetes tote?

In case anyone is wondering, the free Bayer meters do qualify towards the diabetes tote rebate. I bought the $29.99 FAC meter and a $.99 pack of Mentos gum. In total, it cost me $.44 plus tax (of course I used a q on the gum) and I qualified for the tote. It's probably stupid and worthless but I figured it was worth a shot and I can donate the meter to my friend's church's "need pantry".

Hi again Mindy,

I also posted a bunch of this week's deals on B1G1 cleansers, powder, foundation, blush, and concealer. Last night, I spent $2.95 for 2 True Match concealers which are normally $8.95 each! So, $3 instead of $18. I did this:

2 True Match Concealer, B1G1, $8.95
-2 x $2 True Match coupons (10/18 RP)
-2 x $1 True Match video adperks coupons
=$2.95 for 2

Coming up in the 11/15-11/21 ad are B1G150% (I think, or free? I can't remember) L'Oreal eye makeup. The Vive Pro shampoos have a sale coming up, too.

Hope that helps. Have a good day!
Betsy

Default St Ives Scrub rebate problem....

2 weeks ago I bought the St Ives scrub ... the one that was only 3.5x .... the wrong one for the rebate. I waited and waited, everything else on the receipt cleared but the St Ives. So today I needed to go back to Rite Aid, so I returned the St Ives.

When I got home and went to enter todays receipt... I noticed the St Ives DID clear! I was given a 3 buck rebate!

Now what?? I returned it today?? Will it catch it and take back the 3 bucks? Anyone else get credit since we bought the wrong one... does Rite Aid ever change the rebate program mid week like this??

No the online SCR will NOT take back the 3 bucks, however, you should talk to a manager and explain what happened and how it cleared after you returned it so you would like to buy it back. I'm sure that tiny bit of honesty will go a LONG way and reap you rewards down the road.

I noticed the St Ives the other day cleared. I have a feeling people complained and they credited us or it really was meant to clear in the first place.

I found the wording on the SCR description and in the ad to be confusing, which is why I ended up with the wrong one in the first place. I ended up exchanging it for the right one, but I have a feeling they got a lot of complaints and/or realized that their language was not clear in the SCR description.

Not sure if this is the right place to post this question, but here goes:

Has anyone figured out how to enter the Rite Aid Olympics sweepstakes? I went to the site riteaid.rebatesplus.com/sweepstakes, tried to login with my SCR username, and it said I had to "register for the sweepstakes." So I registered -- with a different username because it said my username was already in use -- and it prompted me to enter a receipt, so I entered one I'd already entered for my SCR, and it said, nope, that receipt has already been entered.

I don't get it ... am I automatically entered into the sweepstakes with every P&G product I buy? If so, why did I have to register again on the sweepstakes site... and how will they connect my sweepstakes registration profile with my SCR profile? So confused!

Oh, I qualify ... I'm in Oregon and over 18.

Oh no! I just saw your post and checked my rebates-the $3 for the St.Ives showed up on mine too.
And...I just returned it last night!
