One of the other cashiers told me as long as I only used a couple they wouldn't say anything to me. Not sure how widespread this is but I am in Kentucky so it evidently is covering more than one area. They have been getting worse and worse lately. One day they told me I couldn't use a coupon because the item would be free and I couldn't do that. :shrug7:Kinda the reason I was buying it. Oh well we shall just move on to another store until they get this straightened out or go broke from loss of business.

Right now things are SO SO SO funky with rite aid. This is going to be totally YMMV. I got a letter from customer service from Carrie and we had quite a long conversation via email. One of my questions was if I were to buy 20 dawn dishsoaps would I be able to use 20 coupons. The answer was that the store has the limit what is sold BUT if they allow me to purchase 20 dawn dishsoaps then I should be able to use one coupon on each product. However even when I showed the store manager the letter, he said he is doing what he is told and has chose to ignore the written letter. And forget trying to contact anyone outside the general customer service contact phone number. I have written and called so many times I have lost track and I have YET to hear from 1) Our district manager who seems to be MIA 2) The regional VP 3) Loss prevention
My letters and phone calls have never even been acknowledged thus far. Heck, my store manager doesn't even know who is in charge anymore. Unfortunately, I think we are going to hear more stories like this until Rite Aid gets bought out by someone or completely goes under altogether.
Actually I just got back from my Rite Aid run for the day. The mail-in coupon for the Quantum ointment says it's not good on sale items but the Rite Aid receipt lists the item as "sale" so it may not work. Just wanted to give everyone a FYI!

Same thing happened to me with 2 different asst. managers at my formerly coupon friendly RA. They used the "coupon says one per purchase" argument, and would not listen to reason. These were both employees I'd never seen before.
It feels like my RA has been taken over by aliens. :borg:
Found a few rebates that are this week only and I didn't see them in the ad so don't have prices:
Kerasal SCR #68 $3 limit 1 (IPs recently on coupons.com)
Sure for men SCR #143 $1.50 limit 1 (might be a TMF peelie on these) $1.25/1 06-28-09 SS and link in DB to a $1/1 printable
Master Lock padlock SCR #170 for 50c wyb 2 limit 1.
Also, Pert Plus and Pert Plus For Men are both $1.50 rebates this month. There are $1.00 off Pert Plus insert coupons out there and $1.50 ones for Pert Plus For Men. All the bottles at my store had Try Me Free stickers on them with a mail in rebate. I sent one in and it was super easy to do. Not a lot of cost OOP, SCR rebate and then what you do pay OOP is refunded to you anyway from Pert Plus! The shelf price at my store on these was $3.99.

I'm 99% sure you will still get the SCR for the L'oreal nail polish that is on clearance
Since you don't need to cut off UPCs or mail in the receipt for SCRs you can just wait to see if you get the rebate. If not, then return it. That is one reason the SCR is better than mail in rebates.
