You have to submit your receipt to the Caregivers Marketplace rebate program & you will get 75c per package purchased.

There is no in store discount, there's a single check rebate from Rite Aid of $3.

There is a Loreal $5 SCR when you buy $13 in products (rebate #5). Here are the Loreal products on sale this week:
Loreal Colorspa Moisture Actif Hair Color $4.99
Loreal Kids Haircare $2
Loreal Feria, Preference, Natural Match $8.99-$2 in ad coupon = $6.99
Loreal Excellence to Go $6.99 - $3 mfg coupon = $3.99

My proposed scenario:
3 boxes of Loreal Moisture Actif Hair Color = $14.97
after $5 SCR = $3.23/box OR
2 boxes of Loreal Moisure Actif Hair Color + 2 bottles of kids haircare = $13.98
after $5 SCR = $8.98 for 4 items

Wish I could find some Loreal coupons to try this out. This would be even better when combined with the $5 off $25 Rite Aid coupon.
