I emailed RA a while ago in regards to duplicate receipts. Here's the response I got:

Thank you for taking the time to contact us. We do not have access to transactions that take place at our stores/pharmacies. The stores have access to transactions for 30 days, as of the purchase date. You will need to speak with store management about obtaining a duplicate receipt. Carrie Customer Support

Just FYI, I purchased the skinny LypSyl & had no problems getting it to go through. In fact, my receipts seemed to clear faster this month than before (1 day).

I think it's been mentioned already, but I bought the Triaminic vapor fan & it had a $1 coupon in there to use.

My Lypsyl went through fine. My Mentholatum cherry for kids did not show up. I triple checked & it IS the one on the rebate. Guess I'll go through that run around again in contacting the company.

Edit: I checked the website & it said to check my receipt for a line that says "Merchandise Taxable." Lo & behold, that's what my Mentholatum came through as, so it couldn't identify it as a rebate item. The site says to take it back to the store to return & rebuy.

This rebate is coming out this weekend.. FORM Theraflu Warming Relief Rebate up to $6.99.. I wonder what the purchase dates are?

I wonder as well. Usually the rebates start on the that Sunday but there is a chance that it might not? I haven't purchased te Theraflu yet. There is also a form for the Excedrin Express Gels this weekend. In my experience with Excedrin rebates, their forms are very date specific and usually start on the Sunday that the form comes out.

Yea. I am buying the excedrin on sunday at another store, plus there is a 2$ IP out there as well. so it should be a small MM.

The rebate is only good until Sat. so it won't be wuite the MM you were thinking.

the excedrin in on sale at another store that is free after coupon plus MIR from sundays paper.. its a MM!!!
