Crest bonus pack doesn't work for rebate...

I bought the bonus pack with the travel size and the sample of floss and it didn't work for the rebate submission online :(... Did anyone else have this go through for them? I am going to return it on Sunday otherwise-- like I would actually PAY for toothpaste ;)

It didn't work for me either. I emailed them about it so we will see what they say. I will return mine too if they don't give the rebate for it.

Have no fear! I've had great success with the Rite Aid scr cs # lately.
I bought the bonus pack, but it didn't show up on my list. I called this morning and before I was off the phone I refreshed the web page and there it was!!
Here is the number:

It didn't work for me either, but I did e-mail them. We shall see what happens. Will post when I find out.

I just checked mine too, and the bonus pack didn't show up. Thanks for the CS # - I'll have to call. I'm the same way OP - I'm not going to PAY for toothpaste LOL

They are adjusting my account now - at first they weren't going to because I gave them the wrong SCR #, it's 226 for $1.74, the $2.49 rebate (#225) isn't until next week. At first I thought I was going crazy!

That was the first time I've ever called - quick and painless (I usually hate using the phone), but it took all of 3 minutes. Very nice!

Thanks for the phone #. They adjusted it for me no problem! I thought that it was going to be a headache like the Huggies rebate from last month!
