I found this thread and thought "oh no I better check!" Luckily, you all talking with CS must have corrected the issue because I bought the bonus pack and the rebate was accepted. So thank You!!

mine didn't show up either but I called and they fixed it super fast. I also had problems with an Oral b Toothbrush and Crest pro rinse not showing up and they fixed those too.

A little OT - but for those of you that bought the bonus pack - inside the 'bonus' box that has the trial size stuff in it there are coupons for

1$/any one 4.1oz or larger Crest Pro-Health Paste
and
1$/any one 1L or larger Crest Pro-Health Rinse

They don't expire until 12/31/09
