I am a Riteaid newbie of 2 weeks and am REALLY trying hard to understand all the info on this site! Today I entered my rebate info on the website and when it calculated both my reciepts it left off my 2.00 ecectrosal rebate. I checked the ad and i bought the right product. I sent them an email and it sounds so complicated i think i will forget it. Has anyone else had this problem and what did you do?

No need to wait for a reply to email, just call them at this # (it is specifically for scr issues) they can fix it on the spot:

Just to let everyone know Riteaid did respond to my email and this is my answer: "Although most electronic data is received the day after your purchase, please allow up to 2 weeks for the data to be received."
It is showing up in my account now so that makes me feel like my time was not wasted (and believe me it does take a lot of time when your a newbie!)
