there are no RA coupons with the electrosol or lysol - they are MQs in last sunday's paper

Sunglasses are half price. Foster Grants are included. I got two pair @ $12.99 - 2 of the $2.50 insert coupon. Great deal for me, I lose them all the time.

So I finally got my Electrasol today as they were out of stock all week. I went up to pay for 2 boxes of the tabs requesting separate transactions and she said "no". She said they can't do separate trans on rebate items because they don't want people submitting for 2 rebates. I told her I was doing 2 rebates, one for me and one for my mom. She said my mom would have to come in and buy it. I replied, "well, what if I come back in an hour to buy the 2nd box?" She said "no way".

This is the dumbest thing I have ever heard. Has anyone ever had this happen?

BTW, I ran a couple errands and then sent my 15 yo dd in to buy it about a half hour later.

Yes, this has happened to me before a couple times in a different stores. They said that they cannot even let me buy 2 of the rebate items in the same transaction. It does seem stupid as each rebate account has to have a different address, so it's not like one person can submit two rebates from the same account. I just make a separate trip as it doesn't seem worth the fight.

you know - they tried that BS with me and I told them that my mother-in-law cannot leave the house so I shop for her (not true- she just has no interest in doing rebates so I do them at her address).

Now, I go in and buy things in 4 separate transactions in the same trip because I use both my sisters addresses too - I can because they don't do Riteaid - they live more than a 100 miles form the closest Riteaid. They do their own Walgreens rebates.
