I believe $3.99 is the regular price.

It was on sale last week for $2.99 w/scr of $1.50, there is a $1 cpn in the Beauty the Rite Way brochure, and the $1.50 mfr in P&G insert.

I went today and all the Pantene is 2/7 so $3.50 each. With the $1.50 mfg, $1.00 Beauty Rite way cpn and then $1.50 SCR you come out making .50! Not bad if your going for anything else.
