If you get a Rain check and the item comes in AFTER the SCR period......here is a helpful number, you CAN still get the rebate!

My store manager had informed me that an item had FINALLY come in.......but it was for last months SCR period......so I told him I couldn't get it now because I wouldn't get the rebate.........since the rebate was for last month.......so he gave me a phone number to call.........and so I did. The lady on the phone told me if I have a rain check for an item.......then go get the item and give her a call when I have my receipt and she would add the rebate on! It was so quick and easy.......never even had to hold! I thought this may help other people so I'm passing along the info.....

This is great to know for future reference! My store offered me a raincheck last week since they didn't have the Tums or Bonine and I didn't take it because I didn't think it would do me any good!

Another thing to try is to see if they wil handle a FASCR item in-store with a rain check. When they were out of the Blue Coral Car Wash about 2 months ago, I got a RC from a manager, and after asking him how I could get the rebate, he said he would take care of it in-store. Gave me a RAC, wrote Free After Rebate on it and inititaled it. When the stuff finally came in about 3 weeks ago, I just handed the RC to another manager on duty, they rang it up, deducted the price and gave it to me free.

i have done this several times in the past. your receipt has to show that you bought it using a raincheck. i just enter my receipt after a couple of days and then call. they can look up the receipt while you are on the phone with you.
