Got some decent pictures.......if ANYONE could enlighten me on WHY I can only seem to pictures with daylight....it would be greatly appreciated.....I even adjusted the exposure on my camera......it will take any other pictures perfect.......but not the ad without specifically having daylight.

thanks for the pics. What was wrong with the original pics blurry, flash,, etc.

does the camera have an auto focus? what exposure setting did you have it on.

I tried EVERYTHING LAST NIGHT......first my pictures showed up on my screen fine.....then downloaded them and they were BLACK.......took forever to figure that out........the flash didn't work cuz then that made a big huge glare and you couldn't see anything that way either.........then found the exposure button.........got the pictures lightened but then they were blurry and you couldn't see them! On my other camera it took me forever to learn the right settings and I could ONLY do it during the daylight hours also---was really hoping that would change with new camera.
My old camera--there was a flower button for closeups and I would use that, along with viewing through the finder.......and then hope for decent pictures......
With the new camera.........at least it goes much faster as I don't have to wait forever between pictures.....and the pictures are consistent........Last night I used several options.......manual, custom, and even the nighttime snapshot option. This time during the day, I used the auto (which did NOT work yesterday) and the flower button. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong with why I can't get any decent pictures unless I have daylight........

Hmm. The nighttime one will likely be blurry most times. It takes a slightly longer exposure so you have to keep really still.

I am thinking the manual or custom mode will be so you can change pics to be taken in black & white.

Is there a flash button that you can turn the flash off use the auto mode? Does the camera have autofocus? IE are you able to push the picture button down half way to focus on the image then once set push the whole way down?

This is all i can think of.
