If you can't open ANY pdf files, go to Adobe - Adobe Reader Download - All versions and download and install the newest version, even if you already have that version. Hopefully that will fix the problem.

There is also a new Skin Care booklet in the store that has a slightly different set of coupons on the last page, which is a foldout. I found the booklet in the back side of the rack at the front of the store (the rack that holds the ads and SCR books).
