I got the Jane Be Pure mineral with the brush attached, and it was accepted. However, my toothbrush wasn't! It was the same toothbrush as the picture! Reps to ericat for having the same problem. :)

I also bought the Jane Be Pure Mineral Sheer Poudre 02 Fair (a little teeny container) UPC 727592125170 It rang up at 6.99!! Its not showing up on my rebate list..nor is the Oral B Cross Action Vitalizer Med Reg 40.. UPC 300416637747

If these do not go through after this week Im taking them back..there is no way in you know where that I would have paid the regular price for this stuff!!! Esp the Jane Makeup its only .06 OZ!!!

Call about the toothbrush. I called and read her what it said on my receipt and she put it through right away. Did it ring up as $3.19?

I bought the make-up and the oral-b toothbrush and neither one was accepted. I am upset with rite-aid. This is the 3rd month in a row where they haven't accepted a legitimate item. When I went in the store today the manager and employee were talking about me and all my coupons. The cashier left when I walked to the register and the store manager walked out to ring me up.

I wonder if any lawyers read this forum. I think with the add they listed and the products they are denying that a class action lawsuit could be filed against them if they do not honor these. The suit would be a false advertising claim. I think they would have some issue with not accepting the rebates based on that. I am not a lawyer and would love to see what one would think about this claim. with the number of people here and other forum's a class action suit would be easy to setup i am sure.

well after getting nowhere with the rebate center i contacted corporate headquarters once made aware of the potential for false advertising and realizing that the add was too vague and general in not specifying the items and what was acceptable they are sending me out a gift card.

Just stand your ground on this they have to understand that if they want to exclude items from their add it must specify the products..

OH and BTW the rebate center basically told me that the rebate was ONLY on the Foundation either liquid or powder. HMMM i must have missed that wording in the add lol.

just take note be careful and let them know you have rights.

My store doesn't carry Jane either. And didn't have one of the toothbushes that was FAR.
They also tend to mis label the FAR items! I now keep all my rebate purchases in the bag until the rebate is approved, I return what isn't accepted.

Does anyone still have the April rebate book? I'm looking for the rebate number associated with the Jane makeup.

I'm just finishing up entering my April rebates (I know, so slow!) & my Jane isn't showing up either. I'd like to contact the rebate center, but the Jane offer isn't showing up online. Thank you!
