I bought the toothbrush in question - and it is not showing up online after entering my reciept. I emailed them 3 days ago and no reply so far - and no correction online. The other 2 things on my reciept (Hersheys Bliss and Anti Monkey Butt Powder) are showing up. Sadly, if they don't correct it I will be returning the toothbrush....hope I can determine which one it is from my pile of about 10 since Rite Aid doesn't put upc's on the reciept. However, I refuse to actually "pay" for a toothbrush ---gasp!!!
I just started shopping drug stores and couponing about 2 months ago and Rite Aid seems to be a lot of trouble to me - always signs up on the wrong product, won't take internet coupons, etc...I might drop them from my normal rounds.

Call Rite Aid at 888-213-9920. Be sure you have the receipt with the toothbrush purchase because they will ask you all the info that you had to put in online. I did that, and she told me they would be sending me a separate check for the toothbrush rebate. You'll never get an email answer. Calling works much better and quicker. Good Luck.

I called the SCR number, and the lady pushed it through. I looked in my account right after I got off the phone and it was in there. They also are sending me a seperate check for 2.99 for last months hershey bliss rebate. I had mentioned about buying the wrong item, and she looked it up and said nope that was right and she went ahead and fixed it.

She told me the be pure mineral makeup and powder only count on the foundation and powder.

My local store is infamous for posting the rebate signs on the wrong (usually more expensive) item so I've made a habit of "quality controlling" their advertisments.

On another note, I had read that a lot of people weren't getting the Hershey Bliss rebate because they bought "Milk Choco" instead of the "Dark Choco" that was listed - at my local store they only HAD the "Milk Choco" so I bought it, managed to NOT open it ALL weekend and then saw this morning that the rebate went through perfectly.

I would highly suggest calling them to get it adjusted if you bought the "Milk Choco" and it doesn't show up.

I called the 1 800 number twice today and the automated man said that all of their representatives were busy, to call back later, and then hung up on me. Twice! Now when I call back the third time, they are closed, and it hangs up on me again. They must really not want me to get credit for the toothbrush! *sorry for the vent*

Ugh, I know it took me 2 days of calling and them hanging up on me. I tried at 8:05 this am and still had to hold for about 10 minutes, but I did finally get someone. I needed to get the Oral B toothbrush fixed. By the way, they are sending a separate check for that one.

I sure wish they would respond to emails--I am tired of calling to be hung up on or waiting 10 minutes on hold.

Anyone not have their receipts being shown as "pending" any longer?
The last two receipts I have entered (one from last Sat. and one from Monday) have not shown up yet and there is no "Receipts pending" like there normally is.
However, if I try to enter the receipt a second time it does say "that receipt has already been entered"

except here's what happend I went to rite aid. Came home entered reciept ... "You've already entered that recipt" nonsense. HUH i just got it. I tried again and it said it again. However it shows on my papge that it's pending, it's been stuck like that for a few days.

My Oral B toothbrush didn't show up either, and I did buy the correct one. I emailed them and after like 5 days they emailed back and said I purchased it within the wrong dates. It said, "This offer is valid 4/20-4/26. You purchased it on 4/28 and therefore it doesn't qualify." Huh? I'm looking right at my receipt which blatantly says 4/20/08. I never even went to Rite Aid on 4/28.

Grrrrrr....now I'm going to have to try and call them again and see if I can get through this time!
