I got the toothbrush that rang up for $4.99 initially. The cashier told me that it wasn't the toothbrush that was for the rebate (they could apparently tell from the receipt or the register). So I had to search high and low for the correct Oral-b Crossaction toothbrush that was supposed to give me the rebate. None of the toothbrushes had the sales or rebate labels and they all those Oral-b Crossaction toothbrush looeked the same to me. Anyways, I got the correct toothbrush and it rang up $3.19. I just checked my rebate status and it looks like the receipt where I exchanged the toothbrushes is still pending. I bought it last Sunday and entered the receipt as soon as I got home. Don't know what the big holdup is.

The Jane cosmetic showed up on the rebate, thankfully.

My Toothbrush (Oral B CrossAction) rang up correctly at 3.19 but didn't show up either! I emailed them yesterday hopefully they will get back to me soon.

Nothing on my receipt has gone through yet. It has never taken me more than 3 days maximum. I have $34 of the items on there. I hope tomorrow is the charm. I dont want to deal with calling and trying to get 5-6 rebates from the CS.

All my info is correct.

Default Re: Rebate Problems

Rite aid is trying to pull a fast one with the oral b.
She tried to tell me they will give me a courtsey rebate for the oral b and im like i dont need a courtsey bc i bought the correct one. It says Vitalizer and there trying to say my crossaction vitalizer is differnt then the Vitalizer and im like uhh go to oral b.com and you will see there is only one Vitalizer and thats the crossaction vitalizer. Stupid girl does not know what she is talking about. Anyhow for all that agavation they still charged me 4.99 so im gonna get my 3.19 rebate and im still returning the product to get my money back bc they have it advertised for 3.19 and now i dont want it but im surely gonna keep my rebate for the aggavation. Only fair.
And dont even let me start with the Jane. My item says Jane be pure mineral its not my problem that it says something else on the receipt. Thats what i purchased so im doing the same 6.99 - 2.00 plus get my 5.99 rebate and im returning it bc it was suppose to ring up 5.99 so hopefully rite aid sees if they try to pull off fast ones to get people who dont look closely at there rebates there gonna lose out on the other end for people like me who will make it up bc i do check.

I bought a Colgate toothpaste that was a FAR. When I entered my receipt, it didn't show up. I emailed and they want a drop of blood and my firstborn to see if I bought the correct item. I"m not sure it's worth the effort. I don't find much at Rite Aid that floats my boat, anyway.

If it was a Rite Aid rebate you have to submit the information on your receipt to them. You can either pick up a book located in the store, and on the last page there is a place for your information and reciept info to mail off. Or you can go online and sign up, enter your reciept information, and request your check that way. There is lots of information about the single check rebates on the FAQ section of the rite aid site. If it a manufacturer's rebate...maybe there would be a form inside the packaging or maybe on the manufacturer's website.

On another note...I called and got my Oral B rebate...after waiting in the queue for about 15 minutes.

Default Re: Rebate Problems

I posted a question awhile back somewhere about getting full credit for a Samy product. Only 2.99 showed up and it was suppose to be $4.99. I used a manufacturer's coupon and Rite Aid Coupon and bought a few other things on the same receipt.

I called and they asked me to fax them the receipt and asked how much I actually paid for the item. The receipt shows $4.99 for the product but a grand total of $4.23 on the bottom after coupon. I didn't bother to fax it to them and am pretty sure they picked up on the total not being at least as much as the rebate item.

It says on their website under the rebate offers, "Rebate based on actual price paid (after any & all coupons are used.) Sales tax excluded."

I have used coupons before and this has never happened. Possibly it was an issue because I used a Rite Aid coupon and the total was under the amount of the rebate.
