Ups being loaded to Wellness Card in January??

I think riteaid doesnt have a plan to make ups so easily accessible. How many of those are never redeemed. They like it that way.

okay so I feel like we decided this was a myth a month ago and then today when my receipt printed I got a surprise. My four Up+ rewards are there but instead of a barcode it says they have been loaded onto my card. The cashier did not have a clue but the manager came out and said we are in some sort of test area and that RA is rolling this out slowly but that eventually it will be nationwide. The problem is that no one at my store really seemed to know how it worked. I still have a 5 UP on paper that I got last Tuesday and it has an earlier expiration date then the ones on my card but she did not know if next Sunday I would be able to use that one first before the eUPs come off. Does anyone here know? The manager says that some other markets have been doing this for a couple weeks. Also, the receipt clearly says that the UPs won't be available on the card until 6 am tomorrow so no more rolling in back to back transactions :(

I read on their fb page that they're trying this in certain test markets. I don't think they know how it's actually going to work in terms of using +ups. Do you have use them entirely or can you use them in increments? Like you have a +up balance of $8 - is it like a gift card where you can do $2.12 and $1.58 and have some left over, or is it $8 at once? What about if you don't want to use the +ups? There have been NO answers on any of this yet. I have not signed up for the load 2 card coupons because I refuse to lose control of MY +ups and coupons.

hhhmmm, don't like that incomplete explanation on their facebook page at all, and not being able to roll the +UP rewards the same day is a killer for me.

CVS is picking up the slack lately though, so I just spend my time/efforts where it's best utilized

I did not sign up. The manager told me I was signed up automatically if I had registered my wellness card online.
