Per SD & IHRA, you may get an invitation to do an online survey for a $3/15 coupon on the bottom of your receipt. It is reported you can do 3 of these.

I did mine on line, it doesn't even take that long to do. One of the questions it asks is about inventory of sale items....you know I filled that puppy out!

I got one yesterday and it didn't say anything about doing it online but I went to the online survey website and did it and I got the coupon!

I hope I get one at the store I frequent on Sunday mornings - everyone at that store is so friendly (even though their inventory isn't the greatest). Yesterday the store I got it at wasn't one I frequent for sales, I was passing it and ran in to grab some Purex BOGO so I couldn't really say anything bad about sale inventory because the one thing I wanted they had!!

I had these survey invitations on every one of my receipts. I was curious about the 3 per month restriction... Per card OR PC? I used my laptop to do my 3 surveys first. And then, I used my desktop in the livingroom... Was able to do 3 more. So, it seems 3 per month restriction applies to the PC, not so much your card.

i have a question about redeeming these coupons. does your total have to be $15 after your coupons or can your total be $15 before coupons and be able to use the $3 off $15 ??

Before. I used mine yesterday and my total was $2.14 after all was said and done. My total wasn't even $15 when she scanned it because she scanned my ups first.
