their policy states that coupons will not be returned, nor will the value of the coupons. Since you didn't pay anything for it, you shouldn't get anything refunded (or maybe, tax only).

I donate meters to a free clinic when I get them for free. They are thrilled to get them. I was hoping to find this one but didn't luck out this time. I really love it when I can help someone and I love it more when there is not cost to me. Just a matter of God providing. :)

Just a small note, one of the stores near me said corporate is "pulling this deal" because they screwed up. (um, $29.99 item, $40 coupon, hello!?)

So apparently, effective near to immediately, these will go back up in price.

My store manager said that since they started carrying them they have gotten one in and it sold in August. I got a raincheck but she said they have it on their order every week but do not get new ones in. I am hopeful things change going forward.
