Update on me vs. Rite Aid...

BTW, my separate thread didn't get mopped or in trouble or anything. Our lovely mod and I just agreed this was a better place for the issue.
I called the SCR program. They were most un-helpful. Basically I got through to a supervisor who told me that no one should
EVER be entering in all their receipts from Rite Aid in the system because it could be for the big "f" word...fraud. She said we should only enter receipts with known SCR items on them. Mmmkay. Some of my stores are terrible about signage and I'd hate to miss $$ because I overlooked a rebate in the book. I guess I don't really understand that because it's not like I have 400 receipts I'm entering. I have maybe 4 per week. Is it really outrageous that someone might go to RA 16 times per month? Isn't that what they want??
I told her that didn't explain why most of my receipts from February are still sitting in my account not doing anything. She said most likely my account was not able to keep track of my receipts because I had "so many" and now it's just sitting there. There are 6 pending. That's "so many?" Before that she told me that I must've entered all my receipt numbers wrong.
She said she noticed I shopped at many stores and that may also be an issue. Let me just say that we literally have a RA on every 3rd block in my city. I frequent different ones for different reasons. It was another bizarre call. I mean, their system shuts down for shopping at too many stores?? Seriously??
She also elaborated on the fraud thing. I won't go into detail but basically if that's the case their system needs to be revamped because their programmers are not very smart.
