Great job! I love RA these days too. Between the P&G and the Ester-C and the Flex-A-Min deals this week, and the Bayer Aspirin & other deals last week, it doesn't get much better than this.

I just checked my rebate info and the Crest Advanced Seal White strips 4 count trail pack counts towards this rebate. They are $6.49 and my store allows me to use the $7/1 coupon.

Found a clearance item that can add to the PG rebate. One variety of old spice deodorant was marked 50% off, making it 2.14. It's red zone "after hours", and it's in a grey tube with a red label (UPC: 0 12044 00674 0). I bought two today, used the $1/2 from 12/27 PG, plus got a free secret flawless (4.99) with the B2G1 coupon.

Could be a nice way to add to the PG total with fairly low OOP, especially if they were to go 75% off by next week. I also saw one type of old spice body wash with a clearance sticker, but didn't really look into it.

About half the Old Spice and a lot of the Secret Flawless were on clearance at my store. It looks like the shampoo/deodorant section is being reset and there were lots of markdowns.

Ugh! I don't have ANY of the Old Spice/Secret Q's! I'm only at $35. I want to make it to at least $50.

Don't sweat it! If you look at next week's ad, it's going to be a good P&G week.

HELP RiteAid price check - Swiffer WetJet & refills (scenarios for PG deal?)

I need a Swiffer WetJet starter kit and with the PG gc deal figured it might be good to check out RA. Anyone know the cost of the Starter Kit & Refills??

I have a $5/1 home mailer for the kit and a Free Refill wyb Kit from 2/7 PG insert.

I don't have enough of the CG cpns to get the $100 level in that alone. Curious how close I will be if I do the Swiffer WetJet so I can decide if its worth it to buy there (figuring it will be more than say WalMart for instance - but if it gets me to the $100 PG level, then maybe?)

Any scenarios would be thankfully accepted too!

I plan to do 1 set DayQuil/Puffs, 1 Fusion shave gel and 8 CGs. I come up with $67.38 toward the PG offer from that ($17 oop not incl any $5/$20 i will work in some way). I'm doubting the Swiffer will quite give me the $32.62 needed, so any other cheapy things to fill the gap would be great! I'll have 2 extra $2.50/2 CG, whats the cheapest thing in the B1G1 50% sale, nail polish? those lip shimmer things??

At my stores they had some Gillette deodorants on clearance for $2-ish. I saw there was a free Gillette body wash WYB deod. in P&G today. The body wash was $5 so that is good.

Also, Old Spice clinical is on clearace for $4.50 & there is a $2 SCR.

My stores also had Gillette shave gel on clearance for $1.49. There was a $1 in P&G today and there is a $1 SCR. My stores had some Satin Care on clearance that qualified for the same rebate but the coupon for those was only $.55 so no mm like the Gillette.

So I put my brain to work late at night and came up with some scenarios to get to $100 for this week's sale ad...

    Transaction 1:
    Dayquil 2 x $3.99
    Puffs 1 x $2.49
Febreeze 2 x $4.49 (guesstimated price based on CVS)
    Gillette Fusion Shave Gel 1 x $1.99
    Subtotal: $21.44
    -$5/20
    -$1/1 Gillette Fusion
    -$4.49 Febreeze B1G1
    -$1/1 Febreze ANY
    -$2.49 Puffs WYB 2 Vicks
    -$2/1 Vicks
    -$2/1 Vicks
    Total: $3.46 plus tax

    Transaction 2:
    Covergirl 2 x $8.99
    Covergirl 2 x $4.49 (B1G1 50% off)
    Subtotal: $26.96
    -$5/20
-$8.99 x 2 (B1G1- write in the price for cashier)
    -$2.50/2
    Total: $1.48 plus tax

    Transaction 3:
    Covergirl 2 x $4.49 (B1G1 50% off)
    Subtotal: $26.96
    -$5/20
-$8.99 x 2 (B1G1- write in the price for cashier)
    -$2.50/2
    Total: $1.48 plus tax

    Transaction 4:
    Dayquil 2 x $3.99
    Puffs 1 x $2.49
Febreeze 2 x $4.49 (guesstimated price based on CVS)
    Gillette Fusion Shave Gel 3 x $1.99
    Subtotal: $25.42
    -$5/20
    -$1/1 Gillette Fusion x 3
    -$4.49 Febreeze B1G1
    -$1/1 Febreze ANY
    -$2.49 Puffs WYB 2 Vicks
    -$2/1 Vicks x 2
    Total: $5.44 plus tax

Thanks to mom2natalya for the Covergirl idea!

Of course, if you can pull together enough FREE after coupon deals, you could spread this out a little thinner over 5 transactions for atleast $5 less in OOP expense. I plan to do between 2 transactions as I have a $20 GOS to use up... Good Luck & Happy Shopping!
