I'm sorry but the print is so small I can't tell what it is, and I don't have the Nov booklet to tell me if there is an SCR besides the free huggies voucher SCR which goes until Dec I believe.

for those of us who havent sent in for our softsoap ensambles rebate this looks to be a good deal
buy the ensambles kit and get a refill free.
also the free ge lightbulbs, maybe we will have a coupon by then....
