Playtex & Intuition Rebate Question: Okay I think I bought the wrong razor refill but I can't tell. After I entered the receipt it didn't show up in the approved rebate area or the unqualified rebate area. Does that mean I got the wrong thing? I bought the 3 pack Intuition Plus refill with Shea Butter, it's pink, not green in the corner like the ones in the picture. It says advanced moisture, not refreshing moisture. Shoot, looks like I'll be going back and hoping they still have the right ones in stock.

here is the exact wording of the rebate.........so as long you got what qualified, it should show up. HOWEVER, they will not show up right away.......it usually takes about 2-3 days.

my 2 Intuition refills show up on my rebates but NOT the 2 Playtex tampons that match the ad and rebate book. Rep says she sees my purchases and doesn't know why the system is not accepting it so now I have to wait while they research the problem

I also bought one of the Playtex with the free razor, but it did NOT clear as counting for the SCR. I knew I'd need to purchase the refills separately in addition to the Playtex, but the Playtex itself did not count. The rest of the items on my receipt processed correctly. Now I don't know whether to even bother with the refills.

That happened to me too, I returned the wrong refills and bought the correct one and then it came up that I didn't have the right items. I just called the 1-888-213-9920 and the lady asked me to read off the information on my receipt for the Playtex and she adjusted my account, and now it's showing up as OK. It was very simple and she was very nice about it.

I thought it had to do with some rule I misread or something (like must be purchased in one transaction). I am going to look for my receipts and call them up. Thanks!

I just called the lady and boy, she's really nice. I love her!

I got two of the Aveeno shampoos for the rebate this month, but also noticed they are included in the $10 Rebate on $25 of J&J Products.

If I buy say 2 more Aveeno, do I get both rebates?

I don't usually see the products cross over into other rebates.

Yes you will. And, if you need to get to the $25 dollar mark you can buy Reach and use it towards the Reach rebate #87 also.
