I've called 1800RITEAID (I think that's it...lol) and complained about a problem I had with a cashier and some coupons I wanted to use. I walked out of the store without making a purchase that day and was still steaming when I spoke to customer service. I was told that I would be getting a personal call from the manager within 48 business hours. He called back the very next morning, apologizing profusley and told me to come back in with my coupons. Although I didn't go that same week, I went back for the next week's sale and have been going back ever since with no more problems. The rude clerk that yelled at me about "getting stuff for free" has been as sweet as honey the last few times I saw her.

Looking to trade, I have lots of IP's!
Thanks everyone....maybe the question could be added to the FAQs. Or is it too complex a scenario to easily state? Perhpas something like this:
You could add the following illustration to the FAQ to help clarify:Q. Does a product purchase apply to multiple rebates?
A. It can, assuming the purchase is made during the elligible purchase dates for the multiple rebate offers and of course the product must also be an eligible product for the multiple rebates. This is sometimes referred to 'double dipping'.
For example, let's assume there is a Johnson & Johnson month long Rebate of $10 when you buy $25 worth of J&J products including Listerine Mouthwash 1 litre or larger. Let's also assume during that month there is also a rebate of $5 when you purchase three Listerine products. If you bought 5 1-litre bottles of Listerine mouthwash for $5 a piece during the rebate period, you'd qualify for both rebates.
So I just came back from Rite aid and did the scenario I posted above! Thanks Much... I knew I was going to have a problem when the cashier asked to see all my coupons in my hand before ringing up my items. She said sorry I can only use 1 IP. ???? I asked why? she said thats the rules. So I politely asked for a copy of there coupon policy She left the register and came back and said I can try them but they are going to beep and then I wont accept either one. I said that is fine I will take my chances. Well to her surprise no beep. All the Q's went through with no beeps, so over a $6 mm for me after rebates. Pretty happy for my first try @ Rite Aid!
Forgot to add she questioned where I got my $5/3 Qs. Like it was fake or something. I just said the newspaper.
Now that summer's here, and I have more time to get back in my game...no school or work, I can't wait to try some of these deals before they're all gone! Thanks everyone for your hard work and for posting the deals!
IVDSO Arm & Hammer $3/1 All You & Iams Cat food $1+ Have lots of coupons to trade for, including formula checks, many mailers, tear pads, etc. Will only trade coupons. Just ask!
Good work! I've had one cashier at CVS tell me they don't take coupons from "that website." I told him the IPs were from the vendor since it had the watermark on the back. He said he would try scanning it and it went through... surprise.
It doesn't hurt to challenge the self-appointed coupon police. Since all the cashiers at my Rite Aid have been really friendly, I'm focusing more on their deals and going to CVS less. I actually skipped it last week... gasp!
