I bought Olay Hydrate & cleanse for 7.99 and it was denied for the rebate. Should I return this or contact cs? Anyone else bought this one and have it work for the rebate? Thanks!

I am doing the SCRs for the first time tonight. I entered the receipt. Can someone please let me know where I can go to ensure they credit my purchases correctly? I've had to do more than one return to CVS since I started so I want to make sure I didnt mess up anything on my RA purchase this morning.
