I made a 4 cheese baked mac and cheese that called for sour cream and I was out of it so I subbed in the garlic cream cheese and it was good.

I like to make chicken and rice by putting uncooked rice in the bottom of a pyrex baking pan, adding chicken broth and laying the chicken pieces on top. Then I cover with foil and let the oven do the rest.
A couple of weeks back I made the same thing, but a half hour before taking it out, I removed the chicken, stirred some cooking creme and bok choy into the rice, (kale works too) and replaced the chicken. Then I added a dollop of cooking creme on top of each chicken piece and stuck it back in the oven, uncovered.
My Mom isn't a big fan of chicken, complaining that it is too dry, but she loved it cooked that way.
