Default Cold Sesame Noodles
My SO and I have a hankering for cold sesame noodles tonight. There are so many recipes on the Net. Anyone have a tried and true one to share?

Basically, it's just a sauce of peanut butter, soy sauce and a couple other ingredients. maybe chicken or lettuce wedge on top.
