Two Cheese Mac and Cheese I never measure anything that i make so when making this mac and cheese use what ever amount of each ingredient you feel is desirable to you.
Elbow Macaroni, Cooked and Drained (I use American Beauty)
Milk
Cheddar Cheese, Greated
White Cheddar Cheese, Greated
Cream Cheese or Sour Cream (I've Made It Both Ways and I like It Both Ways)
Pour desired amount of milk into a large baking pan.
Cook macaroni according to pkg. directions and drain.
Pour drained macarni back into pot that it was cooked in and add cream cheese or sour cream and mix well.
Pour macaroni into baking pan with milk.
Sprinkle greated cheeses over macaroni.
Put baking pan into preheated oven at 350 degrees and bake about 45 minutes or until cheeses are completely melted.
Remove macaroni from oven and with a large spoon, mix cheeses into macaroni to coat evenly.
If desired, sprinkle with desired amount of paprika and serve.
