I was in Wendy's using some of these yesterday and they have a new deal, but a keytage for $1 ($.80 goes to Salvation Army) and get FREE jr Frosty's for a YEAR! Guess what my kids are getting in their Christmas stockings!

Is it one coupon per month? And are they only valid for one month?

I believe it is a free Jr Frosty at each visit. I did some googling and it looks like this may be a program limited to PA, here is what I found:
