mm...read your article. How did you find these ideas? I'm thinking about trying the steaming thing, but I do know heat can actually worsen acne. Thanks for the article though!

I have read TONS of boards and also some are dermatologist & facialist recommendations. Right now i have adult acne which is for the most part under control now because i went to the derm and got retin A and Duac gel for breakouts. My main concern is my HUGEEEE Pores which get clogged very easily! Steaming helps to break up the clogs and helps some of the gunk come out just make sure your face is clean and you rinse afterwards. Steam is used during facials and extractions that you get in a SPA (cannot afford it anymore but use to get them done when I could). Sweat is bad but steam cleaning is not, may dry you out a little so start out slow if you have dry skin. Thanks for reading my article
