HCD Research is a survey site that I have used for a couple months now. I just cashed out for $30.00 after a just a couple surveys.
They dont send them very frequently, but they are a different type of survey than I am used to taking. They are usually VERY short....like 5 minutes for most. Most of them have only paid like $0.50 per survey but I did just get one recently for $25!
Also, they are more interesting than they typical, food/household type surveys. They are usually political in nature.
