I dont see why you need a recipe, sammiches and tuna right out of the can are delicious and two of my favorite things on the planet :D
We all have stockpiles, or most of us have some sort of stockpile....and most of us probably have items that we are running out of ideas for.
Why don't we make a list of these items that people have and we can post some recipes for others to help us use stuff we are running out of ideas for.
I'll go first....canned tuna/pouched tuna. We have tons of this stuff, and I will be buying tons more...thing is we ONLY(currently) use it for tuna salad sandwiches, or just eating it out of the can/pouch. I would love some recipes for ways to use this tuna...anybody got some.
I would prefer NOT to get a tuna casserole recipe...but others might like one, so post those also. My aunt made me eat tuna casserole for a week straight once as a kid and I haven't gotten over it.

I like rolling tuna salad up in lettuce leaves. I'm not sure what type of lettuce it is, it's the Living Lettuce I get from Meijer.
I make Hamburger Helper and Chicken Helper a lot with tuna. I start cooking it without meat and add two pouches of tuna about 5 minutes before it's done. I know there is Tuna Helpers but there aren't many varieties. My favorite HH I make with tuna is cheddar ranch.
My mom made a yummy concoction made with tuna ( drained) I think it was 1 (maybe2) can(s) to 1/2 cup mayo and 1/2 cup salsa. It was really good on crackers

OK...TUNA...
1. make a white sauce (PM me if you don't know how to make one)...add tuna, some salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste, and a handful of shredded cheddar cheese. Add you tuna. This is great over mashed potatoes or noodles.
2. heat some bbq sauce in a pan. Add tuna. Put on buns and eat like you would eat bbw pork. It's wonderful!
GROUND BEEF:
Salisbury steaks:
Mix 2 lbs of ground beef with 1 package of onion soup mix and 1/4 -1/3 cup of water. Mix it together and form into football shapes. Brown on both sides in a skillet. Drain off the fat, and add 4 cups of gravy (you can make it from the powder mix, or use canned). Cover and simmer for 45 minutes.
My family loves these!!
And now...I need recipes for dried beans!! And they can't have meat in them, since I'm allergic.
