    CHEF Need 400 calorie or less recipes

    My roommate and I are starting a diet. Part of it involves eating a dinner that is 400 calories or less. We prefer not to buy frozen stuff like Lean Cuisine and Healthy Choice.

    If you have anything for us to try (with an estimated calorie count included) we'd love you forever. Thanks!

    Ha. I don't cook...but I'd like to lurk to see what others post... I've got about 8 lbs to get rid of and DH's homemade cheesecake isn't helping.

    I am not sure if you have ever read this blog but there is a lady that posts recipe re-makes of popular dishes from restaurants and many of them are very low calorie. It is called skinnytaste. The website is Skinnytaste. HTH!
