We don't eat out much so when we do we most always want seafood - at a local restaurant, not a chain. The fried seafood is hard to copy, but at home we make the baked casserole or "pie" version served in a lot of New England restaurants that my husband learned working at one years back.

1 pound seafood, usually shellfish like shrimp, scallops, or lobster
1 sleeve ritz crackers, crushed fine
melted butter (between 1/4 and 1/2 cup to taste)
mayonnaise (between 3 and 5 tablespoons to taste)
    garlic to taste
    pepper to taste

Basically you mix everything but the seafood together in a separate bowl. Mix a little of it with the seafood and put in a baking dish. Cook at 400 until seafood almost cooks through, then add the rest of cracker mixture to the top. Cook until cracker mixture begins to brown. Eat.

If you are using lobster meat it will already be cooked so you can skip the first step. Just mix a little of the cracker mix with the lobster, put in the baking dish, then put the rest of the mix on top and bake until it begins to brown.

We went to red losbster Today We had a GC that we rec'd for x~mas and we decided we would use it and treat our selves our Anniveresay just passed. So I though I would share the 2 items on the menu I will be hunting up to make are the crab cakes the were $9.99 for 2 OMG!! and the lobster pizza appitizer we didn't get but It sounded yummy I have some Imitation lobster that was marked down and BOGO this weeks sale so I drabed them a few days ago. Usally wen we go to red lobster we both get teh Admirals Feast just a bit of everything on it. Except lobster and we have never had lobster so I am not sure we know what were missing. We both love the cheddar bay biscuits though. I was to chiken to aske for a couple more as we were really filling up from our meal, I know our server knew we were going to need a box, but I really would have liked to bring a couple home. Fil's house is on the way to the resturant, the older boy stayed home. Fil kept teh 2 younger ones it was nice for a change me and the Dh sit down and enjoy dinner together. We picked the little ones up on the way back home. Fil had upside pineapple cake he sent us home with the last 2 pieces so we'll have that for dessert later.

We made wings tonight, using the Hooters recipe that is floating around here somewhere. I don't do spicy wings because DH can't eat them. We mixed half Texas Pete Sweet & Spicy and half Sonny's BBQ sauce to toss the wings in. They were delicious!

I just joined the site and am unsure about how it works. I'm really interested in obtaining your recipe. Can you please advise?
