Most Wished for Kitchen Tool/Gadget

What is that one tool/gadget that you wish you had in your kitchen? The tool or gadget that you can't wait to get your hands on......

For me there are many, but mostly I want a pasta roller right now.

Hmmmm, that's a good one - aside from every appliance that I dont have already...

There is that crock pot with the three crocks in it, that one is fun...
Anything else that would allow me to cook for or serve a huge crowd, since that's my favorite thing to do....
I'm sure there are more, they will come to me :)

I think a new kitchen counts....add that to my list...I want a kitchen that actually works...where my top cabinets have room under them to actually put stuff on the counter....guess that is the price you pay in an apartment...someday we will have a nice home with the kitchen I dream about....or at least a kitchen that works better than this one.

I've always wanted a Cuisinart food processor (full sized, DH bought me a tiny one lol)

...and Calphalon pots and pans
...a bigger crock pot would be nice
...and a new cutting board
...and an ice cream maker
...a deep fryer might be cool
...I'll probably need more storage space for all of this stuff, too

this feels like one of the "If you give a mouse a cookie" books haha.
