I love crockpots but don't use them very often. My husband hates food cooked in a crockpot.

I love my crockpot. I have several crockpot cookbooks. My mother gave me a diabetic crockpot book last year for Christmas. I will try to pick at least one meal a week for the crockpot. If it has several ingredients that have to be measured or chopped, I will do that work on the weekend and make a little kit so that my mornings don't run out of time. I just open the kit and dump everything into my crockpot, turn it on and come home to a cooked meal. Yum
