Santa brought me a pressure cooker!!

DOES ANYONE USE ONE OR HAVE A SITE THAT MIGHT HELP ME. I WAS TOLD THAT THESE ARE WONDERFUL FOR QUICK BUT GOOD COOKING.

My MIL bought me a pressure cooker a few months ago and is always asking me if I have used it yet. Nope. Don't know what to do with it, lol!

I make a lot of stews in mine. They only take about 30 min in a pressure cooker.

I also like to put 2 cans of sauerkraut, a chopped onion, one sliced red apple and country pork ribs in it, pour one cup beer or apple juice over it an then pressure cook for 25 min (25min start when this little stick pops out of lit) yummy. I shred the left over pork the next day and make pulled pork.

Just used my pressure cooker tonight to make beef stew. MIL's recipe. Well, it wouldn't thicken and she was walking me through the steps. Needless to say, my first experience with my pressure cooker wasn't the best. I won't be making beef stew in it again. Kinda mad I wasted the meat. I ate beef soup tonight.
