Default Andes Candies Baking chips

Has anybody used these? They're like Andes Candies, but they're little chunks, kinda taste like those pastel colored meltaway candies with the nonpariaels onthe bottoms.

I've been messing with making a chocolate center, dipping it in melted chocolate or white chocolate, and now that I've found these Andes things I was thinking of rolling the my little dipped candies in them.

I have used them! Take a brownie mix and just stir some into the mixed batter. I am guessing about 3/4 cup. Easy as can be. It gives the brownie some character so it seems more homemade. And brownies are likely to be on sale now (are a part of Safeway's Home for the HOliday sale).

I would also use them in cake mix cookie recipes in a chocolate cookie. It is just hard to go wrong when CHOCOLATE is involved...

I do the same thing with them. My son loves the mint brownies. I also sprinkle a few on top of the brownies.

I have substituted these in my chocolate chip cookie recipe. They are delicious. or I melt them and dip my sugar cookies in them.
