CHEF Your Favorite homemade "Hamburger Helper"

Ok, so I've noticed that some people around here don't like Hamburger Helper very much- but they do make their own dishes instead from sratch. I'd be very interested in trying a batch or two from those who are anti-Hamburger Helper, but pro-delicious skillet meals.

Ground beef & pasta are the easy parts- I just want to see how y'all flavor your dishes up!

I have a lasagna stoup recipe from Rachel Ray's website. TO DIE for, and you can change it up a bit to make it less soupy, add more cheese whatever. But it is a quick, easy and much like the HH lasagna recipe. :) hubby is picky and he loves this one!

I get my inspiration from the same blog Melli posted. This last time I made Beef Stroganoff and added fresh mushrooms and then finished it off with one of those little Knorr stock things that just came out....it was amazing. The recipe as is on that blog for the stroganoff is really good too, we have done it that way and then my altered way.
