Default Hidden Valley Ranch Pork Chops

I need help on this one. The recipe calls for 1 inch thick chops, just realized the ones I thawed are thin. Says 450 for 20 min. This will dry out my thin chops, I know. Any advice on how to tweek this so that they're not bricks? LOL. Also, what if I battered them as suggested with the dry mix and then fried them. would the mix burn or would it "fry" like flour does? HELP!

I made Ranch chops a while back and mine weren't 1 inch thick either.

You might try 450 for 8-10 minutes then check for doneness and add another minute or 2 if not. Juices should run clear.

I'm sure you didn't get this in time but I hope yours turned out ok.
